Meet the Team
Founder
Connor Hutchison, EA
Born and raised in Temperance Bedford, Connor traveled to Tiffin, Ohio where he attended Heidelberg University, achieving a Bachelor’s & Master’s degree. While in college, he played basketball and obtained 4 varsity letters before hanging it up.
His love for business started in school where he began his journey as a tax intern several years ago. Upon graduation, he quickly climbed the ranks where he previously acted as CEO of CAM Tax, a local tax prep shop. Also, working under ACTS since 2021.
Connor specializes in investments as well where he currently works as a wealth management advisor with Croak Capital. It’s his ultimate goal to marry investments and taxes to provide clients with the best strategies to build long term wealth. Using this strategy, Connor believes starting Bridgeway will utilize his strengths to allow more people to exercise an in-depth financial plan.
Outside of work, you can catch Connor staying active at Forest View Lanes playing Volleyball or trying out a new golf course in the summers!
Lori King, CPA
Originally from Norwalk, Ohio, Lori traveled a short distance to Tiffin, Ohio, where she attended Tiffin University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Following school, she passed the CPA exam in 1991 and has been living out her passions as an accountant ever since. Her roots run deep as she's been with Accounting Center & Tax Services for over 30 years.
Outside of work, Lori has been married for over 35 years which has made her a mother of 3. While she loves her kids endlessly, her new hobbies revolve around 3 grandchildren. Very excited for the future, Bridgeway will allow Lori to continue relationships with clients, some which date back over 25 years! We're happy to have someone so skilled apart of our team.
Traci Krieg, Bookkeeper
Traci's journey started in cental Ohio where she decided to move north and attend the University of Toledo. A graduate in 2007, her love for accounting started shortly after. She describes accounting as "doing a puzzle, where we put all the missing pieces in place." Regardless of the number of pieces in the puzzle, Traci uses her skills to solve many bookkeeping problems.
Life outside of work revolves around her family. She's been married for over 17 years and has 2 children. This would be a full-time job for most people, but Traci has many pets as well. Some would say she runs a zoo, but this is just normal day to day life for her. We're ecstatic to have such a reliable bookkeeper on staff to serve our business clientele!
Timothy Pinkleman
Tim, previously the owner and operator of Accounting Center and Tax Services (ACTS), has over 35 years of experience in the accounting world. A northwest Ohio native, Tim heirs from Central Catholic High School and attended the University of Toledo earning an undergrad in Finance, Master's in Accountancy in 1981, and CPA in 1985.
While he originally started his career with Ernst & Young on the Audit & Consulting staff, we moved into Employee Benefits, then stints in management at several small business, until his passions led him elsewhere. In 2004, Tim moved back into public accounting purchasing ACTS. The passing of the torch from ACTS to Bridgeway excites Tim as the next chapter is beginning.
Outside of work, Tim has been married to his high school sweetheart, Janet for over 40 years. Their relationship has provided 2 amazing daughters. Also, an avid water skier at their family lake house, where he can be found teaching anyone, no matter their age, to Water Ski. We're excited to carry on the legacy Tim has built over the years!
